Thomas J. Richards Memorial Scholarship 2014

The Section NE-5B Thomas J. Richards Memorial National OA Events Scholarship was created in memory of 2009-10 Section Chief Tom Richards in the hopes to provide monetary support to Arrowmen within the section by paying a partial or full scholarship to one of the National Order of the Arrow Events
