Shows Committee
The Shows Committee’s mission is to produce the theme shows for the conclave. They are responsible for coordinating and administering the Opening Show (Friday night) and the Theme Show (Saturday night). Their responsibilities beyond that include assembling a program for the theme show and compiling scripts for both shows, after approval by the Section Key 5 prior to Conclave.
The committee is also responsible for gathering props, lighting, sound system, campfires, actors, VIPs, award recipients and presenters, special effects, and any other items necessary to run an awe-inspiring production.
To review, the duties of the Shows Committee are:
1) Develop ideas and scripts for the Friday and Saturday night shows
2) Recruit actors for the shows
3) Obtain all necessary props and equipment
